Project Manager: Order Processing & Sales Support (80 - 100%)

Your tasks – varied and independent

  • Customer advice and support – from inquiry to invoicing
  • Recording and processing offers, orders and purchase orders
  • Independent handling and coordination of projects in the field of trade fair and event flooring
  • Reading plans, as well as planning and coordinating all processes to ensure that materials, personnel and transport are available on time.
  • Organization of transport and floor laying operations, partly with teams from abroad
  • Creation of invoices and maintenance of project and customer data
    Optional: Collaboration on website, marketing or social media
  • Depending on interest: possibility of later expansion with sales tasks

 

Your profile – organized, communicative and warm

  • Basic commercial training (Commercial clerk with Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) or comparable qualification) with experience in order processing, project coordination or customer service
  • Alternatively: Professional experience in the construction, interior design, design or logistics sector with further commercial training.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and French skills (spoken English is an advantage)
  • Enjoyment of organization, planning and direct customer contact
  • Precise, reliable and independent work style
  • Cheerful, open and communicative personality with enjoyment of exchange and teamwork
  • Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic phases.
