Delivery

Weberfloors offers different types of delivery. Here you can find out everything you need to know in the case of delivery or collection.

Standard lieferung

Our standard delivery is by truck. For a delivery to the fair we need the following information:

• Messeplatz
• stand number
• hall number
• Contact person including mobile phone number

direct delivery

Large quantities are delivered to you directly from the factory. The delivery time is between 2-3 weeks, for special products and large quantities up to 8 weeks.

Self pickup

Would you like to save on delivery costs and time? Pick up your ordered goods directly from our warehouse in Buchs AG.

Return policy

Our heart beats for sustainability. That's why we want to take the path to a sustainable trade fair and event future with REWIND Flat and Dilour: Since the latex-free Rewind carpets are 100% recyclable and reusable, we will be happy to take your carpet back after the trade fair. It is then professionally recycled using a special process and converted back into car interiors or films as pure PP granules. 100% without losses.

Of course, we also take back all other stock floor coverings from our range. Depending on the covering, these are then recycled or disposed of. From 2024 we will also be able to take back the PVC floor coverings.

However, a return is subject to a charge - depending on the transport and storage costs.
